Malik Washington is an educator utilizing learning spaces as the medium for social change. He currently serves as Associate Director of Sexual Violence Prevention & Education at the University of Pennsylvania. Malik is notable for his work with young men on masculinity, gender-based violence, trauma, and emotional literacy. He has trained and presented across the U.S. and internationally on topics related to youth and social justice. Malik lives in Philadelphia and has been active in schools, college campuses, and community-based programs to empower youth to take on the most pressing challenges that face them. He shares his experience and expertise on national and local media.
